I’m a graduate student at the University of Chicago specializing in data science and technology policy. I’m interested in the impact of AI and algorithmic decision-making on things like racial equity, healthcare, labor, and housing. I’m also interested in data privacy, digital equity, and civic technology. Prior to graduate school, I worked in the advertising technology industry with a focus on data privacy. Before that, I worked for a microfinance company in Kenya.
